At first it wasn’t easy to convince famers to lend us a few lbs of cherries to try and make an apple cherry cider but after tasting this delicious cider it has never been a problem. This cider is made using sweetheart cherries and is unapologetic in it’s garnet red colour and mouthwatering stone fruit goodness. Cherry is without a doubt the star of this show but look to the fringes and youll find hints of apple. This full bodied cider is round on the pallet and balanced with tart fruit and crisp apple acidity.
