This is the cider we drink when we are deciding what cider we should drink. We blended our organic peaches with apples and aged them a minimum of 6 months on bourbon barrel oak. This complex cider is relentless in it’s expresiion of peach, apple, vanilla, sweet oak, toasted coconut. Every sip will tell you a different story and you will see why we believe this is a match made in heaven.
